Mamó Patisserie

By Gemma Austin

Mamó is a quaint and charming Patisserie nestled in the heart of Belfast, attached to the incredibly popular St. George's Market.

Mamó is Irish for Grandmother, and was created by Chef Gemma Austin. Mamó is inspired by Gemma's Nanny Betty and her love of sweet treats and her Granny May.

Gemma works alongside Head Pastry Chef Rachel Anderson and her team to create some of Belfast's finest dessert and pastry selections.

Gemma hopes to bring a new edge to the Pastry scene in Northern Ireland and create some truly memorable pieces of edible art.
